I'm studying embedded systems and IoT at STI in Stockholm. In my spare time, I tinker with ESP32s and MQTT-based home automation. I also run open-source projects and my own apps on cloud and home servers. I want to work on technology that serves a real purpose and makes a difference in people's everyday lives.

About Me
I like building things from the ground up and seeing code become part of something physical. That's what draws me to embedded systems and IoT.
Before starting my studies, I worked as a full-stack developer for six years. Now I'm studying Embedded Systems Development (IoT) at STI and moving further down the stack, closer to the hardware.
I also enjoy the parts around the hardware: MQTT flows, Linux, and the servers that keep everything running.

SLDisplay
An ESP32-C3-based display that shows current SL departures. Routes, direction, and how far ahead departures are shown can be configured in Node-RED.
philips_hue_controller
An ESP32 that receives MQTT messages and controls Philips Hue lights through API v1. The protocol can be extended with more lights and scenes.
esp32-mqtt
An MQTT client for ESP32 built with ESP-IDF. It subscribes to topics and controls GPIO. The structure makes it easy to add more functionality.
mosquitto-broker
A small Docker Compose setup for Mosquitto. It runs as the MQTT broker for projects in my home lab.
node-red
Node-RED in Docker for connecting MQTT events to automations at home.
